b677 works to be the most transparent and user-friendly betting platform for players in Bangladesh. Below, the questions our users ask most often are organized into four categories — Account and Registration, Deposits and Withdrawals, Games and Rules, Bonuses and Promotions, and Security and Responsible Gaming. If you do not find an answer to your question, our Bengali-speaking support team is available 24/7 via live chat.
Account and Registration
To register at b677, you will need an active mobile number, an email address, and a strong password. The registration process is fully supported in English and can be completed in just a few minutes. Make sure to provide accurate information, as identity verification may be required later when making withdrawals.
b677 is for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are not permitted to open an account. We believe in responsible gaming and take the age verification process for every account seriously. If any age-related information is found to be false, the account will be closed.
No, only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts will result in all of them being permanently closed, and the associated balance may be forfeited. If you are having trouble accessing your account, do not open a new one — contact b677's live chat support directly.
Go to the b677 Login page and sign in using the mobile number or email and password you provided during registration. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link to reset it. Make it a habit to log out at the end of each session for security.
After logging in, you can change your email, mobile number, and password from account settings. However, for changes to core identity details such as your name and date of birth, you will need to contact the support team via live chat, as these are updated through a verification process.
Deposits and Withdrawals
When you deposit via bKash, the balance is usually added to your b677 account within a few minutes. If you have been waiting a long time after a deposit, share the transaction ID in live chat and the support team will resolve it quickly. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

b677 generally does not impose any additional fees on withdrawals. However, mobile banking service providers such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket may apply their own transaction charges, which vary according to each service's terms. The same applies to deposits.
Approved withdrawals at b677 generally reach your mobile banking number within 15 minutes to 2 hours. During busy periods or for larger amounts, additional verification may be required. If the funds do not arrive within the expected time, notify us via live chat.
Common reasons for a withdrawal being rejected include: incomplete account identity verification, unfulfilled bonus wagering requirements, a mismatch between the registered number and the payment number, or a security review due to suspicious transactions. Make sure your details are correct and reapply, or contact live chat.
Games and Rules
To bet on BPL and other cricket matches at b677, you must first have sufficient balance in your account. Go to the Cricket section, select the desired match, then choose your preferred option from markets such as match winner, run line, or other available markets, and set your stake. Odds change quickly during in-play betting, so pay close attention before making a decision.
Yes, all slot games at b677 can be played in full from a mobile browser. There is no need to download a separate app — simply open the site in any modern smartphone browser and enjoy the games directly. The screen automatically adjusts to fit the mobile display.
b677's live casino section offers many popular games with live dealers, including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar. Streams come directly from the studios of world-class providers like Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, making the experience feel completely real.
RTP (Return to Player) is a theoretical percentage representing the average amount players get back from a game over the long term. For example, a 96% RTP means that for every ৳100 wagered, there is an average chance of ৳96 being returned — but this is a long-term statistic, and results can vary each session. b677 uses certified game software to ensure fair play.
Aviator is a crash game by Spribe. A plane takes off and a multiplier keeps increasing. You must cash out before the plane crashes — if you do not cash out in time, you lose your bet. Each round is completely random and it is not possible to predict in advance when the crash will happen.
Bonuses and Promotions
When you open a new account at b677 and make your first deposit, you will receive a 200% welcome bonus — up to a maximum of ৳15,000. That means if you deposit ৳5,000, you will receive an additional ৳10,000 in bonus funds and can start playing with a total of ৳15,000. You must activate the bonus option at the time of your first deposit to receive it.
A 20x wagering requirement means you must wager an amount equal to the bonus multiplied by 20 before you can withdraw the bonus. For example, if you receive a ৳5,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳100,000 in wagers before withdrawing it. Withdrawal from the bonus is only possible after the requirement is met.
